These terms explain how gotokode works, what we expect from our students and families, and what you can expect from us.

1. Introduction

Welcome to gotokode. By accessing our website or enrolling in any of our coding and AI programs, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

Many of our students are minors. Where a student is under the age of majority in their jurisdiction, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these terms on the student’s behalf and is responsible for the student’s participation.

2. Our Services

gotokode provides coding, robotics, and AI education for students roughly aged 8 to 21, delivered through live online sessions, self-paced material, and project-based challenges. Course content, schedules, and formats may evolve over time as we improve our programs.

3. Accounts & Eligibility

To enroll in a track, you or your parent/guardian will need to create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity that happens under your account.

4. Intellectual Property

All course materials, curriculum, videos, branding, and platform content are owned by gotokode or its licensors and are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our materials without written permission.

5. Student Projects & Content

Students retain ownership of the original projects and code they create during our programs. By submitting a project for review, showcase, or competition purposes, you grant gotokode a non-exclusive right to display that work for educational and promotional purposes, unless you ask us not to.

6. Payments & Refunds

Fees for tracks and programs are described at the time of enrollment. Refund eligibility, timelines, and any applicable fees will be outlined in your enrollment confirmation. [Specific refund windows and conditions to be confirmed by gotokode and added here.]

7. Acceptable Use

Be respectful to instructors, mentors, and fellow students.
Do not use our platform to share harmful, offensive, or illegal content.
